Retail Store Manager
Qualifications:
- At least 1 to 3 years of retail
store experience required.
- High school diploma or equivalent
certification required.
- Previous retail management
experience, or outside sales experience strongly preferred.
- Broad knowledge of the application
and use of paint and sundries, preferred but not required.
- Strong leadership and customer
service skills desired.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and
hours, minimum 45 hours required per week.
- Must possess a valid driver's
license.
- Must be able to lift up to 80
pounds infrequently and 40-60 pounds routinely. Also requires stooping,
kneeling, crouching, lifting, carrying, and reaching.
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft
Office suite and Internet applications
- Candidates proficient in both
English and Spanish are a plus but not required
- Ability to relocate will enhance
future career advancement opportunities.
- Must pass a hair drug/toxins test
and a background check
- Employees must be legally
authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment
eligibility will be required at time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not
available for this position.
