Education and Experience Required:
PhD degree in Chemistry, Chemical/Polymer Engineering, or Materials Science with focus on polymers and/or coatings
Zero to two years of post-graduate experience
Good understanding of structure-properties relationships
Experience with experimental design (DOE) and formulation is desired
Excellent computer and communication skills are essential
Ability to interact and support other functional areas of the company (i.e. Analytical, Safety and other technical associates)
