PPG Architectural Coatings is the division specialized in paintings and protective coatings for decoration. PPG AC manufactures and distributes its products.

HRBP Sales will accompany managers and leaders on high priority HR topics:

Culture: performance, diversity and inclusion,

Organizational design, talent: talent attraction and development,

Change management.

Commercial excellence.

There are projects on both local (site/country) and international level that offer room for growth and visibility.

 

Key Responsibilities and objectives:

  • Establish a strong relationship to all key internal stakeholders
  • Manage a complexity and ambiguity in a continuous changing environment
  • Be recognized as a trusted advisor by the operational leaders of the perimeter
  • Understand the organization by knowing individually all managers and talents of the perimeter
  • Represent the HR function in regional management meetings
  • Accompany all actions of acquisition/ divestiture to optimize the stores network
  • Accompany the implementation of Workday and HR processes and the needed cultural change for the managers
  • Be a team player with the HR community

  

Skills and qualifications:

 

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in HRBP role: preferably in a BtoB or BtoC distribution activity
  • Ability to work with a degree of autonomy, capable of mobilizing actions and people across the organization
  • Ability to successfully work with staff of different cultures and education
  • Good presentation, business acumen and influencing skills capable of driving change
  • Good communication skills
  • French and English language
