As a Sales Manager, you will secure continuous long-term profitable growth in the Norwegian market of the PPG Refinish product portfolio within the three segments: Car, Commercial Transport (CT) and Lighting Industrial Coatings (LIC).

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in the development of sales through market activities such as customer meetings, fairs and events, in cooperation with our distributors as well as independently.
  • Act as Key Account Manager, either independently or in cooperation with colleagues and in cooperation with our distributors when needed.
  • Be the link between our distributors and the market as well as PPG Scandinavia and international colleagues.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and share relevant changes with partners and colleagues.

Qualifications

  • You have knowledge of the Car, CT & LIC customers, influencers and competitor situation.
  • Strong influencing skills as well as communication skills on multiple levels.
  • Ability to work with technical products.
  • You have experience working in a challenging and commercial environment and you possess a good business and commercial acumen.
  • Proficiency in English both spoken and written.
