Required Experience
- Understanding of organizational and Master Data processes on C/4 HANA (Sales and Service) Suite.
- Understanding of C/4 HANA (Sales and Service) Configuration settings.
- Understanding of change Project, Scoping Activities for Sales and Service Processes
- Understanding of Workflows, Escalation Rules, Surveys, Reporting and Analysis etc.
- Experience with SAP CRM on Premise or on C/4 HANA (Sales and Service) suite
- Bachelor's Degree or higher education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related discipline.
