SEA Customer Service Executive

  • Fulfill and support external customers’ orders.
  • Close follow up with Sales and Customers’ back orders status
  • Provide customer support; attend to their inquiries and provide assistance as and when necessary
  • Coordinate and expedite with related department on customers’ order and delivery, shipment matters (demand/production planner, warehouse & forwarding agent)
  • Support in internal and external audit requests upon request
  • Participate on MM Central supply and Ad-hoc duties
  • Coordinate agreement/report for mixing machine equipment for SEA supply
  • Continuously seek alternative solutions and value-add processes to enhance ongoing services to customers
  • Execute weekly sales report to commercial business team and participating in incentive scheme calculation rebate
  • Review and liaise with customer on the collection to resolve AR issue when needed
  • Coordinate export compliance control for SEA and work closely with Global Export Compliance Team to identify and address related concern to prevent violations and assure non-compliant items are being performed.
  • Monitoring day to day operation transaction for open order, pending revision or approval status
  • Owner of new customer account creation.
  • Consignment order transfer from bonded to non-bonded warehouse
  • Handle Customer complaint on the problem solving

  • Diploma and above in any discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in order processing management & shipping/exporting 
  • Proficient in English & Mandarin languages required to support business counterparts in the region
