  • Develop demand forecasts (operational forecasts) at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons as part of a demand planning function.
  • Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results.
  • Coordinate cross-functional research activities to reconcile significant variances and refine the forecast model to reflect updated sales and marketing assumptions.
  • Interact with sales, customer service and finance to understand demand forecast drivers.
  • Utilize a collaborative and consensus approach by working with Sales and Finance to obtain and ensure that current and accurate information is used for demand forecasts.
  • Use and maintain the Demand Planning software as the primary forecasting system tool and reports.
  • Provide input to the Supply Planning organization in developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and product phase-outs including RA inventory.
  • Closely coordinate and communicate customer action plans with supply planning
  • Apply error analysis techniques to improve forecasting and monitors the trends and forecast errors
  •  Executes monthly demand forecast review meetings within the business unit in Thailand and extend to support SEA countries.
  • Acts as a Centre of excellence for TH and SEA countries (SG/MY/VN/PH/ID) in demand planning process and system improvement.  
  • Support on Best Practice Process in SEA countries and system-related enhancement/implementation.


  • Minimum 2 years working experience in Supply Chain 
  • A Bachelor's Degree 
  • Good English and facilitation skills 
  • Strong analytical, organizational, planning and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in statistics, forecasting methods and S&OP process with an understanding of their financial and operational impacts
  • Strong interpersonal skills are also essential to effectively interact with all teams, areas and levels of business affecting the forecast process
