  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance is required
  • Minimum 5 years of government accounting experience is required
  • Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations, Cost Accounting Standards, and Truth in Negotiations Act as well as an understanding of standard costing.
  • Prior experience managing both customer and DCAA/DCMA audits is required.
  • 3 to 6 years of ERP system knowledge (particularly costing) and strong skills in Microsoft Excel are also required.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions due to importance of adhering to tight deadlines and requirements for certifying data.
  • Willing to travel 10%-25% of the time.
