Minimum Qualification Requirements:

  • A 4-year degree in an IT related field, business, or equivalent work experience is required; an MBA is desired
  • Typically requires 7+ years of experience in IT, business process, or consulting roles with a track record of successful project implementations

Preferred Requirements:


Knowledge of practices, policies, and procedures in their area.  Varied Responsibilities with moderately complex problem solving, independent analysis, and decision making skills

  • Experience in the use of technology in managing a business/function process
  • Understanding of how IT affects an organization and ability to link it to redesigned business processes
  • Previous experience in business process re-engineering or process improvement is desirable, involving broad based information systems and utilizing tools and techniques to effect business change
  • Strong analytical abilities and skills to evaluate alternative approaches and to recommend the most feasible and economical solutions
  • Solid technical knowledge and ability to express complex technical concepts in terms that are understandable to the business
  • Track record of participation on multidiscipline, high-performance work teams/groups
  • Demonstrated competency in project management methodologies and practices
  • Ability to solve problems spanning multiple environments in a business area
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all management levels
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to be comfortable in a nonhierarchical, flat organization and, if required, operate under a dual reporting relationship; ability to thrive in a somewhat unstructured hands­-on environment that demands a consultative approach and solutions that span multiple environments in a business area
