Senior Procurement Analyst

- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering or Business related field of study; an advanced degree such as an MBA or related field of study is preferred
- A minimum of 3+ years previous analytics, technical, and/or procurement experience is required
- Comfortable with coordination of global initiatives and navigating in a matrix organization across time zones and diverse cultures and working styles
- Advanced computer and analytical skills are required.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel such as building macros and automating reports are strongly preferred.
- Focus on results, influence decisions, multi-tasking, planning & organized mindset, ability to manage complexity, drive change, size up situations, attention to detail, solve problems, promote teamwork, build trust & respect, build strong working relationships, understand market & customer perspectives, strong communication skills (verbal and written), operate with a sense of urgency, always on or before time with deliverables, mindset to challenge the processes to do better, have a willingness to learn and teach continuously.
- Comfortable with the petrochemicals industry (terminology, structure, suppliers)
