Requires: Minimum of 10 years of in-depth experience in automotive assembly operations, preferably in coatings application know-how and the business principles of the customer’s operation. Human relations skill in directing, developing and motivating direct reports as well as obtaining cooperation from customers and in-house resources is mandatory. Minimum of a Bachelor Degree in a related field.
