Minimum of 8 years of experience in coatings sales and service.
Experience with automotive product requirements and in managing technical service, product development and customer relations at diverse accounts also required.
Previous OEM plant experience is preferred with knowledge of color harmony, topcoat and electrocoat application
Must have record of problem solving and new business development.
Ability to direct technical service team is a must. Also must be able to develop accurate business plans and forecasts; understand and capable of applying SPC.
