Solutions Architect - SAP C/4HANA

Minimum Qualifications Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or its equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of SAP implementation and/or support experience
• At least 2 years’ experience in hands on full lifecycle, production-scale C/4HANA implementations including 1 year as a Solutions Architect
• At least 3 years’ experience in complex systems integration projects

Preferred Requirements

• Demonstrate practical experience in agile development processes
• Significant experience in SAP Cloud Application Studio
• An articulate communicator across various stakeholder groups
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision
• Proven ability to identify, troubleshoot and identify risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all manage­ment levels
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including technical writing such as White Papers
• Ability to be comfortable in a nonhierarchical, flat organization and, if required, operate under a dual reporting relationship;
• Ability to thrive in a somewhat unstructured hands­ on environment that demands a consultative approach and solutions that span multiple environments in a business area
