Requires:
  • BS in Chemistry or Engineering is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Technical or Manufacturing, preferably working with customers. 

Success Factors/Functional Competencies:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and other required software programs.
  • Experience with manufacturing, product development, root cause analysis, and problem solving.
  • Proven track record of managing projects and driving change using data analytics.
  • Proven self-motivated driver to bring initiatives to closure.
  • Highly developed written and oral communication skills and comfortable giving presentations.
  • Candidate should have a strong bent for action and an ability to create and implement action plans to drive performance improvement.
  • Candidate must demonstrate a high degree of attention to detail and managing complexity 
  • Excellent teamwork, with the ability to interact and support other functional areas of the company (i.e. Analytical, Safety and other technical associates).
