Requires:
- BS in Chemistry or Engineering is required.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Technical or Manufacturing, preferably working with customers.
Success Factors/Functional Competencies:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and other required software programs.
- Experience with manufacturing, product development, root cause analysis, and problem solving.
- Proven track record of managing projects and driving change using data analytics.
- Proven self-motivated driver to bring initiatives to closure.
- Highly developed written and oral communication skills and comfortable giving presentations.
- Candidate should have a strong bent for action and an ability to create and implement action plans to drive performance improvement.
- Candidate must demonstrate a high degree of attention to detail and managing complexity
- Excellent teamwork, with the ability to interact and support other functional areas of the company (i.e. Analytical, Safety and other technical associates).
