Minimum Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5+ years of previous Sarbanes Oxley 404 audit experience is required
A bachelor’s degree in IT, accounting, finance or related field of study is required.
Ability to travel to 30%
Sound Audit proficiency in order to evaluate the adequacy of controls and procedures. Must understand and apply auditing theories, procedures, and techniques and be able to analyze relevant information to reach conclusions.
Effective writing skills are required to clearly and concisely communicate audit findings.
Ability to train others by sharing knowledge and experience.
CISA, CPA, CIA, or other related audit/ financial certifications preferred, but not required.
