Requires:
A PhD. degree in chemistry, material science, or physics is required. Must have a solid understanding of interface as well as adhesion phenomena. Must have prior experience in silane chemistry.
Must be able to work independently in Research environment. Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization in a variety of situations.
