  • Manage the operational activities of the stores in the market.

  • Achieve sales plan and maintaining expenses set within budgetary guidelines.

  • Recruit, develop and motivate store staff in a highly effective manner.

  • Ensure proper development of store personnel by identifying training opportunities and by providing a positive coaching model.

  • Maintain appropriate pricing levels according to established procedures.

  • Be focused on customer service by ensuring that high service standards are maintained and customer issues are quickly and efficiently resolved.

  • Conduct routine store assessments to ensure compliance with company standards and loss prevention guidelines.

Ensure that the appearance of the stores’ exterior and interior, including merchandizing displays, are maintained to required standards
  • Candidates must be high energy, able to work in a fast-paced environment and able to learn quickly. 

  • Must have a customer-centric attitude, and enjoy interacting with different types of people and personalities.

  • Must have 2 to 5 years of equivalent regional management experience – retail operations strongly preferred.

  • Minimum of a High school diploma or GED required, college degree preferred.
  • Must possess a high level of leadership acumen and the ability to think strategically and influence decisions at a high level.

  • Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
  • Customer service experience with the proven ability to resolve customer complaints.

  • Ability to work and travel locally with assigned market up to 75% of the time.

  • Must possess a valid Driver's License.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Internet applications.

  • Broad knowledge of the application and use of paint and sundries preferred.

  • While not required, the ability to relocate will enhance future career advancement opportunities
