Store Operations Manager
Candidates must be high energy, able to work in a fast-paced environment and able to learn quickly.
Must have a customer-centric attitude, and enjoy interacting with different types of people and personalities.
Must have 2 to 5 years of equivalent regional management experience retail operations strongly preferred.
- Minimum of a High school diploma or GED required, college degree preferred.
Must possess a high level of leadership acumen and the ability to think strategically and influence decisions at a high level.
- Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
Customer service experience with the proven ability to resolve customer complaints.
Ability to work and travel locally with assigned market up to 75% of the time.
- Must possess a valid Driver's License.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Internet applications.
Broad knowledge of the application and use of paint and sundries preferred.
