SUCCESS FACTORS:
- 5 years of HR data management experience or related field is an advantage
- At Least 2 years of experience in a supervisory position or operational management required
- Experience in a customer interaction (contact) center preferred
- Knowledge of HR including various functions such as Compensation, Benefits, core HR processing, etc is preferred
- Proficiency in English is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Experience in HR information systems such as Workday HCM is preferred
- Experience working in a solution center environment with solution center technologies (e.g., case and knowledge management systems) preferred
- Strong analytical skills, ability to focus on client service
- Strong interpersonal and team development skills
- Ability to remain adaptable and flexible in a changing environment
