Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a technician in the Refinish Industry (Collision or CT)
- Competent in all areas of the paint repair processes – preparation, application etc.
- Understanding of body shop process
- Understanding of Automotive Refinish Distributor or Dealer
