Technical Sales and Service Team Manager UK and Ireland
Qualifications
- Strong commercial acumen having led key complex commercial and technical projects.
- An understanding of chemistry and the problems encountered when applying a coating to a substrate would be highly advantageous.
- Previous experience of leading and developing a high performing team, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
- The ability to handle complexity and conflict internally and with customers.
- English speaking with the addition of French or German an advantage.
