To be successful in this role you will:-
- Be degree level educated or the equivalent with significant commercial sales experience in a trade environment.
- Ideally have experience in the technical specification of products within a construction environment.
- Be able to demonstrate a strong commercial awareness and ability to manage and deliver large sales and margin ledger/ targets.
- Have the ability to communicate at all levels, being a competent negotiator and a strong team player.
- Possess strong customer management and interpersonal skills.
- Be PC literate and numerate with high levels of attention to detail.
- Hold a full driving license and have a willingness to travel extensively.
