  1. University degree in the field of chemical, chemical industry or related major, MS or PhD is preferred.

  2. Above 15+ years of working experience of chemical product research experience including at least 10+ years team management experience, coating industry is preferred.

  3. Must have manufacturing working environment with 5+ years in any Technical Director Position and operation position (Production, Quality, TS, EHS, etc.) experience in multinational companies, experienced merge & acquisition organization change is a plus.

  4. Must have the experience to work independently and lead technical team to innovate new product and develop product formula in the lab.

  5. Fluent in English, could be independently attend con-call with cross national team

 
 Key points:
  1. Have the experience the take any management role in production, technical, quality or EHS function in no less than 100+ people scale manufacturing site and lead 5+ staff team.

  2. In recent 5 years, directly contact clients in consumer and project industry, and have an efficient communication with local sales and marketing team to explore business chance and finally develop and launch new products with at least 3 successful cases.

  3. Successfully lead and manage senior R&D team with low technical skills and inefficient working process to achieve company targets. This experience should be at least 3 years.

  4. Have the experience to join a new company and successfully lead an existing team at least two years, deploy strategies to maximize retention, develop a pipeline of talent and set up training system to make team improvement and get high performance.
