Qualifications
- High School Diploma or
GED, with some college chemistry, general science, or a related field
desired.
- 3-5 years in a technical
setting or automotive assembly plant environment, with Waterborne
basecoat, Solventborne clearcoat, Powder, and Electrocoat technology
experience preferred.
- Previous experience with
color and topcoat application is a plus.
- Good written and oral
communication skills.
- Strong digital literacy,
analytical skills, and attention to detail are required.
- Ability to work weekend
overtime is required. This position will include working on the off shift
to support this site, as needed.
