Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business and/or social sciences related subjects. Relevant professional qualification.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in the administration of compensation or total rewards.
Experience utilizing HRIS and associated technology.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous Canadian total rewards experience preferred.
Previous Hourly and Salaried compensation experience preferred.
Previous WorkDay Experience
Strong numerical and advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to understand trends and develop recommendations for action based on analysis.
