Global Employee Resource Networks

We have eight global employee resources networks (ERNs) that are available to all employees. ERNs include more than 7,000 members based in 60 countries. 

These networks provide employees of diverse backgrounds with a greater voice and more pathways for connection and understanding. Just as importantly, they provide an opportunity for all of our employees to step up as allies, gain cultural dexterity, and build and strengthen relationships. ERNs at PPG include:
