Agile SAFe Coach, Expert
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree.
- Certified SAFe (Agile Framework) Program Consultant with experience in 3+ transformation projects.
- 5 years or more acting in an Agile Coach/SDLC leadership and trusted advisor capacity in a fast-paced technology-based environment.
- Expertise in advising/coaching/mentoring technology leaders through an Agile transformation.
- Digital / Product Led Agile transformation experience.
- Strong Scrum Master experience delivering Scrum/Kanban practices.
- Planning, developing, and delivering enterprise-level solutions experience.
- Servant-leadership skills and experience.
- Effective decision-making experience.
- Advanced Communication and Leadership Skills.
- Must be open to occasional travel.
- Remote candidates must be willing to work Eastern Time Zone work hours.
