Key Responsibilities

·         Focus on strengthening distribution partners and further develop strategic distribution channels in Thailand to enable the future growth of the premium and mid tier market segments and also further coach and develop our sales team in Thailand

·         Increase sales and deliver maximum profitability by identifying and developing new business and market opportunities and also gaining additional sales of PPG Refinish products from competitive brands. Provide value-added advice to dealers or trade partners.

·         Increase market share through winning competitors' businesses.

·         Develop and Implement plans to achieve new business growth initiatives as part of the Business Growth Strategy.  Co-ordinate and support PPG Technical Field Trainers activities and ensure correct applications of products and processes.

·         Developing sales plan with distributers to achieve business goals.

·         Meeting and Coordinate with after sales department of Car Manufactures to develop and implement in Body and Paint section


·         Bachelor degree in Business Management or any related field

·         More than 5 years of sales and marketing experiences with very strong in distributors or dealers management

·         Good analytical thinking and can work well under pressure

·         Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

·         Team management skills , well organized, self- motivated and leadership

·         Good command of written and spoken English

·         Flexible to travel
