Chemist II - 2nd Shift

Experience and Education:

BS degree in Chemistry with 0-5 years experience in coatings formulation, development, analysis, or applications.  Experience in microscopic analysis is desirable. 

Functional and Technical Skills

The successful candidate will have experience demonstrating attention to detail, problem solving techniques, and clear and concise communication.  Previous experience with the application of Optical, Confocal, SEM, IR Microscopy, and EDX techniques is preferred. The candidate will also possess good strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities. The candidate must be adaptable to changing priorities and requirements consistent with a customer and plant support role.  Good communication skills are required, including the ability to write clear, easy to understand reports, and effective verbal communication with customers. The ability to establish and maintain productive working relationships with internal and external customers is a must.
