Experience & Education:
  • High School Degree or equivalent is required.
  • Work experience demonstrating responsibility for system management or process integrity of current and new data is preferred.
Functional & Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong communication skills. Sharing of accurate information to lab technicians and managers, both at local and global sites.
Success Factors:

  • Plan and organize - Develops clear action plans that address the details needed to achieve objectives. Develops contingency plans for handling anticipated obstacles or problems. Develops appropriately detailed plans to carry out tasks. Prioritizes tasks and allocates time appropriately. Uses systematic processes to develop timelines and estimate resource requirements. Pursue any task from start to finish.
  • Attend to detail - Goes beyond normal procedures to ensure the accuracy and clarity of information and assumptions. Reviews data for accuracy and completeness. Develops and follows systems or procedures to keep things in order. Reviews own and other’s work to check that details are accurate Documents work thoroughly and clearly.
  • Take responsibility- Takes an active part in addressing problems, rather than just pointing them out to others. Initiates needed actions without waiting for direction. Accepts personal accountability for his/her actions and commitments. Takes responsibility for the quality of own work product.
  • Teamwork - Works with team members to develop timelines and estimate resource requirements.  Works with team members to translate complex team goals into specific individual accountabilities.
  • Communicate and share information- Communicate clearly, concisely and to the point. Ensures that people have access to the information they need. Selects and communicate appropriate amount of information they needs. Uses the most appropriate means to communicate with others.
  • Learn continuously- Seeks and asks for feedback on his/her performance and behavior.  Applies learning from past experiences and mistakes to improve personal effectiveness. Seeks new or challenging assignments that expand his/her capabilities. Stays current on topics related to his/her function. Applies new learning to the job. Learns new technology, tools, or techniques in anticipation of future requirements.
  • Functional expertise – All color data information storage systems.
