Qualifications
- Previous sales management experience - understanding of business and sales processes.
- Customer orientation, as well as strategic thinking and acting.
- Ability to organise and have organisational skills, also in detail
- Ability to work in an agile business environment
- Strong communication skills - written, verbal, as well as in appearance
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English
- Creative, analytical and investigative skills
- Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office (including Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
- Knowledge of SAP CRM desirable
- Bachelor's degree in business administration
