Minimum Qualification Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree (including courses in relevant areas such as communications, business administration, marketing, and communications) or equivalent work experience and technical training.
- 1-3 years of experience with marketing automation and digital marketing; SAP C/4HANA preferred but not mandatory
- 1-3 years of experience using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Understanding of basic UX principles
- 1-3 years of experience using Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office suite
Preferred Qualification Requirements:
- Experience using a CRM system or knowledge of CRM systems
- Experience in Kentico or other CMS system; preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of SEO tactics
- Adhere to all brand standards, style guides, and trademark guidelines
