Digital Marketing Business Analyst, Experienced

Qualifications:

• Experience in Digital Marketing tools.
• Specific knowledge of the SAP Marketing Cloud is highly desirable. Working knowledge of another other Digital Marketing tool will be considered as an alternative.
• A 4-year degree in Digital/IT related field or Business, or equivalent work experience is required.
• Typically requires 7 + years of experience in Digital/IT, business process or consulting roles with a track record of successful project implementation.
• Experience in the strategic use of technology in managing and growing a business.
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to express complex technical concepts in terms that are understandable to the business.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills; a demonstrated track record in new concept development for various projects and complex technical plans
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all manage­ment levels.
• Ability to be comfortable in a nonhierarchical, flat organization and, if required, operate under a dual reporting relationship; ability to thrive in a somewhat unstructured hands­ on environment that demands a consultative approach and solutions that span multiple environments in a business area
