Requires:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering required.
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience with engineering analysis and design.
- Experience with power distribution, equipment installation, control system design, substation modifications, and/or substation automation, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Project Management experience is preferred.
- Computer literate - Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and AutoCAD.
- Able to work long hours when required.

- Ability and willingness to work with a variety of internal/external customers.
- Ability to work independently or as a part of a team.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills (both one-on-one and group settings)
- Ability to read/comprehend written and oral instructions in English; read and comprehend safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to work on multiple projects at one time.
- Excellent teamwork, with the ability to interact and support other functional areas of the company.
