Global Product Manager, Fire Protection
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry, business, or related degree required.
- At least 5 years of experience in product development, strategic marketing or product management. Experience within the fire protection coatings industry preferred.
- Experience and exposure to global business dynamics and the ability to drive implementation of required activities across all regions.
- Critical thinking and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in gathering and analyzing market intelligence; ability to assemble and organize multiple sources of intelligence into a clear market assessment.
- Strong business and technical acumen demonstrating ability to define, develop and execute new opportunities.
- Ability to translate/quantify data and other information and make reliable decisions on viable business prospect identification.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to collaborate and influence without authority, in a matrixed environment (cross-functional, cross-regional, and cross-SBU), as well as effectively engage external customers at all levels.
- Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to clearly present recommendations and ideas to summarize complex issues.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
