Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field, human resources concentration preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience with Talent Management and Leadership Development.
• Strong group facilitation and planning skills. 
• Experience working on global teams and addressing global needs with a proven track record of conscious inclusion.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and align teams around common goals and objectives.
• Ability to travel occasionally both domestically and internationally.
• Experience operating in an integrated talent management environment.
• Proven ability to manage talent in a way that inspires employees and drives measurable business results.
• Proven ability to implement processes and tools consistently.
