HR Workday Learning Partner

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field, human resources concentration preferred or equivalent

• At least 5 years of experience with Learning and Development

• Minimum of 3 years of Workday experience on the Learning module with demonstrable track record of implementation/administration knowledge

• Strong group facilitation and proficient project management skills

• Experience working on global teams and addressing global needs with a demonstrable track record of conscious inclusion

• Demonstrated ability to influence, mentor and align teams around common goals and objectives

• Outstanding interpersonal with strong communication

• Experience operating in an integrated talent management environment

• Proven ability to implement processes and tools consistently

• Proficient English
