Human Resource Business Partner

Qualifications

•             Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. Masters' degree in an HR-related field or PHR/SPHR certification.

•             8+ years of Human Resources experience; prefer high level of expertise in specialist areas including organizational development, recruitment, talent development, compensation and benefits, employee and labor relations.

•             Work with employees at all levels of the organization and move from strategic to tactical with ease.

•             Travel up to 25% of your time.
