Must have a Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Material Science, Material Engineering, Chemistry, Business Management, or a directly related technical discipline plus two (2) years of account management experience in the automotive coatings industry. Alternate requirement: bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Material Science, Material Engineering, Chemistry, Business Management, or a directly related technical discipline plus five (5) years of post-baccalaureate and progressively responsible account management experience in the automotive coatings industry.
Experience must include either two (2) years (with a Master’s degree) or five (5) years (with a bachelor’s degree): (i) sales and large commercial account management; (ii) leading cross-functional customer teams in the automotive industry; and (iii) strategic price management.
Must have familiarity with Korean culture and business customs.
Must be willing and able to travel domestically and internationally to client sites up to 25%.
