Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering with 4- 6 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing, or a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering with over 2 years of experience. Accustomed with all type of technical procedures, documentations listed under Job Function. Communicate and share information, attention to detail, problem solving, solve conflicts, build strong work relationships, and ability to utilize PPG resources such as tooling, maintenance, and automation. Must have experience and training with SPC, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, MRP, DOE, FMEA, Fishbone, 5WHY’s, Problem solving, & value stream mapping. Must be able to hold Lean KAIZAN event and demonstrate results. Prepare and independently run successful DOE’s. Military Clearance is a plus. Automation is highly desired.
