Our requirements:
- experience in working in Customer Service, Supply Chain or similar process/role where dealing with the Customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English is a must
- System knowledge skills utilizing Microsoft environments, knowledge of SAP and/or other ERP system is an asset
- Organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in international environment across cultures
- Quick learner with competence to resolve queries
