Requires:
Minimum of B.S. degree from an accredited institution in chemical engineering (or another engineering discipline with related chemical, coatings or sealants experience).
Minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant experience.
Must have demonstrated leadership judgment, and administrative ability (proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, statistical software/tools and database software).
Must be able to communicate with all levels of technical and operational personnel; and across multiple levels of management.
Should have analytical judgment and possess general abilities in human relations, planning and organizing.
Must be knowledgeable in all plant processes.
Prefer Lean / Sigma trained.
