- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer
Science, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent work
experience.
- 5-6 years of direct experience in a
project management or schedule planning, including all aspects of project
development, project planning and cost estimating.

Qualification Requirements
- Expertise to develop sound CPM
(critical path method) schedules
- Ability to maintain detail resource
loaded schedules of projects in Planview
- Develop and maintain all level of
project schedule and reporting using Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, and
other program management tools used to support critical path analysis,
work authorizations, resource reservations/allocations, schedule and cost
variances, and to support cost/schedule update and changes
- Work in collaboration with Project
Management team to drive consistency of the project scheduling approach to
facilitate accuracy in project execution and reporting
- Schedule
estimating through solicitation of stakeholders to capture estimations of
new work, reviewing actual and remaining work. Identify major milestones,
decision points, project life-cycle and other project events.
- Troubleshoot
and monitor potential scheduling problems.
- Excellent verbal and written
communication skills, with an ability to express complex technical
concepts in audience appropriate terms.
- Ability to work without close
supervision, keeping focused on short and long-term objectives.
- Strong organizational skills, very
detail oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal and
coaching skills.
- Proven flexibility in managing
competing priorities.
- Excellent analytical skills for
identifying and solving problems
