Functional and Technical Skills:
Experience and Education:
Must have BS in chemistry or related discipline and at least three years of experience in laboratory work. PhD preferred. Analytical experience preferred. Must have a strong background in Inorganic Chemistry, Statistical Design and Analysis, and general laboratory skills.
Incumbent must demonstrate strong leadership, organizational and problem solving skills. Must be able to quickly grasp new technology and effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
