Key Requirements:
1. University degree in the field of Chemistry, polymer, material sciences, surface science or chemical engineering or related major, PhD is preferred.
2. Proficient project management, Green Belt is plus
3. 3+ years of working experience of product research or development experience.
4. Must have industrial experience and expertise in product development process and tools (DoE, CTQ, FMEA etc)
5. A team player and enabler. Must be willing and effective working with commercial, manufacturing and quality
6. Customer engagement and focus
7. Self-motivator, persistent in finding ways or solutions to resolve issues, a plus to anticipate and prevent issues
8. Fluent in English and mandarin, could be independently attend skype calls globally
