Sales HR Business Partner/ Advisor

Skills and qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in HR in sales: preferably in a BtoB or BtoC distribution activity
• Ability to work with a degree of autonomy, capable of mobilizing actions and people across the organization
• Ability to successfully work with staff of different cultures and education
• Good presentation, business acumen and influencing skills capable of driving change
• Good communication skills
• French and English language
