·       Ability to build long term relationship with customers organizations

·       Negotiation skills

·       Technical and commercial experience in a similar field

·       Knowledge of PPG’s products

·       Ability to “communicate “ internally and externally

·       Ability to work in a matrix organization

·       Be results oriented and understand PPG’s objectives
