- Minimum 7 years finance experience (GL function, local finance or SBU finance)
- Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, accounting or a related field from an accredited university. CPA or equivalent is preferred
- Prior experience with SAP / Oracle is preferred
- Highly motivated, hard-working, creative problem solver with strong analytical and execution skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to share and drive results effectively with all levels in the organization
