- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or other related field or equivalent combination of education and related work experience required
- 2+ years of combined IT or IT security work experience with a broad range of exposure to systems analysis, application development, database design, and administration
- 2+ years of experience in one or more risk management areas or an information security compliance, audit or risk management role
- Demonstrated experience in implementing and assessing SOX related standards, guidelines, and other regulatory mandates
- Ability to solve complex technical, managerial, or operational problems and evaluate options based on relevant information, resources, well-rounded experience, and knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, and lead presentations, training courses, and effective meetings
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills; feels comfortable working with non-technical business partners
