Sr Communication Specialist

Minimum Requirements:
- A Minimum 5-7 years of experience in marketing communications, advertising, corporate communications, public relations, media relations, brand marketing, or related field is required
- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, communications, public relations or a related discipline is required.
- Ability to work under pressure in a detail-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to connect and partner collaboratively at all levels within an organization and with internal clients.
- Excellent planning, organization and project management skills.
- Exceptional writing ability, analytical and persuasive skills, ability to multi-task effectively, and working knowledge of Associated Press style.
- Thorough knowledge of business writing, editing and proofreading.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and execute time-sensitive and critical tasks.
- Knowledge of office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience graphic design and video production software is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to management.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in an advertising agency or a large, global organization is preferred.
- A Master’s degree in Marketing Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, or a related discipline
- 3-4 years of experience in a graphics art position. You must have knowledge of MAC OS, Adobe Creative Suite CS6 (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), KeyNote, Numbers, Pages, IDVD, IMovie
