- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- 6-8 years of direct experience in a portfolio analyst, project management, or resource management and capacity planning role
- Expertise in the use and application of portfolio and project management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in audience appropriate terms.
- Excellent analytic ability and consultative skills
- Ability to work without close supervision, keeping focused on short and long-term objectives.
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
- Proven flexibility in managing competing priorities.
- Strong data and analytical skills, with comfort in drawing sound, analytically-based conclusions, even when faced with imperfect information and uncertainly.
- Fluent in English
